Service Agreement

The Service Agreement includes access to Kliva's platform in accordance with the selected pricing plan, as well as any additional services specified in the quote or order confirmation.

The agreement runs for the period specified in the order confirmation and automatically renews for an equivalent period unless terminated at least three months before the end of the period.

Remuneration and payment terms are detailed in the order confirmation. Prices may be adjusted upon renewal in accordance with agreed indexation clauses.

The customer is responsible for administering its users and ensuring that access is revoked when authorization ceases. Account sharing is not permitted.

Kliva acts as a data processor for the personal data processed in the service. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is an appendix to the Service Agreement.

The parties undertake to treat confidential information with secrecy. The confidentiality commitment remains in effect after agreement termination.

Either party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of contract that has not been remedied within 30 days after written request.

The service agreement is concluded by signing an order confirmation or by other documented acceptance. By activating the service, the customer confirms that they have read and accept the agreement.
